Terms of Service

1. Automation Tooling Only

SignalCopier Pro provides automation tooling that monitors configured sources, interprets trading instructions, and can route those instructions to connected trading accounts according to your settings. You are responsible for selecting sources, brokers, accounts, risk limits, and whether execution is live or paper/demo.

2. No Investment Advice

The service does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or brokerage advice. We do not recommend any trade, strategy, signal provider, broker, symbol, leverage level, or account type. Any analytics, labels, alerts, or summaries are operational information and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

3. Trading And Execution Risk

Trading leveraged or volatile instruments can lead to substantial losses. Automated execution can place, modify, or close orders without manual confirmation. Orders can be rejected, delayed by latency, duplicated by an external platform failure, filled at a different price, partially filled, affected by spread/slippage, or left without expected stop-loss or take-profit protection if a broker or provider rejects part of the request. You must monitor your connected accounts and keep emergency pause controls available.

4. Platform And Broker Terms

You must only connect Telegram, broker, MetaTrader, MetaApi, or other third-party accounts that you are authorized to use with this service. You are responsible for complying with the rules, API terms, account terms, broker policies, market rules, and local laws that apply to those accounts and data sources. We are not affiliated with Telegram, MetaQuotes, MetaTrader, MetaApi, or any broker unless expressly stated.

5. Account, Security, And Eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
• You must be legally eligible in your country to trade the instruments and use the brokers you connect.
• We may restrict countries, brokers, symbols, products, or account types based on legal, platform, or risk review.
• Abuse, fraud, market manipulation, illegal signals, or attempts to bypass plan limits can result in suspension.

6. Billing

Subscriptions and add-ons are billed according to your selected plan. Charges and renewal terms are shown at checkout by the active payment provider. You can cancel future renewals at any time, but cancellation does not reverse trading activity or losses that occurred while the service was enabled.

7. Availability And Third-Party Failures

The service is provided "as is" without uptime, parsing, delivery, or execution guarantees. Telegram, brokers, MetaTrader terminals, MetaApi, payment providers, hosting providers, internet connectivity, and exchange/liquidity venues can fail or behave unexpectedly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, provider outages, broker-side failures, indirect damages, or loss caused by settings you configure.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for illegal trading activity, market manipulation, unauthorized data access, spam, scraping outside permitted platform use, credential sharing, sanctions evasion, or any activity that creates legal, security, platform, or financial risk for other users or the service.

9. Termination

You may request account deletion from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security/compliance risk.
